Insurance Direct Billing

What does it mean?

BTB Windscreens Limited has direct billing arrangements with many of the leading insurance companies. With access to the largest stock of Auto glass we can normally provide a same day service for any piece of glass on any vehicle including cars, vans and commercial vehicles. Policy Numbers starting MOT, MMO, MMV. CVM, DSN, DHI, CHM, MOI, BSN, MMC, HPI All have a limit on replacement of £110.00 after excess. £10.00 excess applies to repairs £75.00 excess windscreen. Policy number van have £125.00 limit on replacements after excess.

Policy Numbers starting with numbers and have letters in the middle (ie : 97MF18060159) are ok
and have a £75.00 execss.

Policy numbers starting 300 are AXA direct policies which have a limit. We recommend you only use their recommended repair company for this reason. Excess on this Company is £75.00.

Policy Numbers starting with numbers and have letters in the middle (i.e. : 2729301M000205) are ok and have a £75.00 excess.

Commercial policies have a £100.00 limit.

We can only process claims where the policy prefix is FMV or SMV.

We have a maximum claim amount of £350.00 (including excess). Only one piece of glass per claim. £75.00 excess applies to replacements and £25.00 excess applies to windscreen chip repairs.

We do not have any dealings with this company. The maximum they will pay to none recommended repair companies is £125.00. We recommend you only use their recommended repair company for this reason.

We can do LV= but please check your excess as they vary on this Company, we can check this for you.

We must take £70.00 policy excess on Windscreen Replacements.

We can do this Company with no limits
